What time can I come to set up for my event?
Your access code to the Funhaus will be activated 30 min before your event start time. This will give you ample time to set up your temporary decorations.
We take pride in providing each guest with a personal experience and work hard to ensure a prompt and easy turn over between each event. If you have questions about specific set-up for your event, please call us prior.
If you anticipate you will need more time to set-up prior to your event, we can arrange for earlier access depending on customers booked before and after. Please call to make this special request. NOTE: Additional time requested will be billed based on the hourly rental rates.
Inflatable Set-Up: When you arrive all of the inflatables will be deflated. Please flip the switch to turn them on. Upon leaving the Funhaus please turn off your inflatables.
IMPORTANT: While inflatables are being filled or deflated, THEY MUST BE CLEAR OF ALL BOUNCERS TO AVOID INJURY.
All bouncers, or their guardian, will be required to complete a waiver if they would like to enjoy the activities in the Jump House. Please ensure all your guests complete these when they arrive or in advance on our website. Click here.
Can I choose inflatables for my event?
Yes! However, due to the high demand of the offsite rentals, Funhaus management may restrict the use of certain inflates based on availability at the time of your event. We use our most popular inventory when making selections that will work for any age and that will get the best feedback.
NOTE: Some activity inflatables will require a party attendant on-site for safety. If your request requires this adjustment, party attendants are charged at $60/hour for your event.
What do I need to bring?
The best part about our NEW self-serve model is that you get to bring whatever you want to serve. Snacks, meals, drinks, plates, and cutlery are all up to you. YES, you can choose to cater your event if you like. We are happy to help with those arrangements. Please contact us if you require catering support.

You will be required to obtain a liquor license as well as provide your own alcohol. We have a bartender available for all events, if required. Bartenders are charged at $60/hr for your event.
Is there a waiver to sign?
Waivers must be signed by a legal parent or guardian for anyone under the age of 18. You can find a link to this waiver online:
Do I need to bring socks?
Yes! All bouncers must be wearing socks to use the inflatable activities and it is always recommended that you bring a pair with you in the summer.
Is there adult supervision provided by The Funhaus?
No. You must provide supervision for kids parties. It is always recommended that additional adult supervision is provided with larger capacity groups. For example, ultimate 20 – 30 packages, we oversee the safe operation of the units for the duration of the event, however we are not responsible for watching the behaviour of the children attending.
When you are leaving the Funhaus we ask that you please wipe down tables, chairs, and counter surfaces with the provided cleaning supplies before you leave the building. All garbage is also required to be removed. There are large garbage bins located on the west side of the Funahus around back.
NOTE: You must have your space tidied and wiped down by the time your rental time is expired. This will allow adequate time for our cleaners to arrive to do thorough clean before the next event starts.

When will I get my Access Code?
3 days prior to your event, you will be required to pay in full for your event.
